Simone Silveyra-Babineaux
Before becoming a therapist, I trained and worked as a licensed massage therapist, where I came to deeply understand how we hold emotional and mental concerns in our bodies. That experience continues to inform my work today, helping me support clients in reconnecting with both mind and body as part of the healing process.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating complex relationship dynamics, family of origin issues, and LGBTQ+ identities. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing begins with connection—to self, others, and the present moment.
I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities because I believe no single approach fits every client. My primary frameworks include Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), which I use to support both individuals and couples.
I strive to hold a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can tell their story, feel seen, and reconnect with their innate capacity for growth and self-understanding.
